The Colorado Rockies gave their fans something to talk about with a thrilling, walk-off win.
The Colorado Rockies picked up a win at Coors Field, knocking off the Minnesota Twins, 3-2. On the mound for Colorado was right-hander Dean Kremer. He played a key role in the triumph. The loss makes Minnesota 41-57.
Colorado got a clutch hit from Lane Thomas. The right fielder launched a 2-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.
"Drama and more drama," said Rockies manager Rex Shuck. "That's baseball at its finest."
