Baltimore right-hander Kumar Rocker pitched his team to victory over the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field. The final score was 5-2. With the win, Baltimore upped its record to 58-41.

It could have been a different outcome for Baltimore, had it not been for Masataka Yoshida, the 32-year old left fielder . Yoshida contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fifth inning to put Baltimore up, 5-2.

"I felt great. Had good rhythm with my mechanics," said Rocker.
